We enjoyed our stay at this hotel for several reasons. the location was absolutely stunning. Situated in between mountains, we were treated to breathtaking views of the valley below. It was a peaceful and quiet residential area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch. The cottages we stayed in were cozy and comfortable, providing a homely atmosphere. The staff, especially Arun from the restaurant, were incredibly supportive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. And lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, ensuring a hygienic environment for guests.

Located in Tea estate.
Bed sheets, towels were very dirty. Service from reception and room boy was quite rude. Although room was mentioned as ac as well as flat screen tv, nothing was provided with. Our Room No. Was 722. Also for the rent of Rs 1500.00 for 2 persons, the extra person charges of Rs 650-00 is unusual.

Ayur County is located in a very quiet residential area, nestled between stunning mountains. the rooms are clean and spacious, with a huge shower in the bathroom. the staff is very polite and respectful. the breakfast offers a wide range of choices and is excellent. the swimming pool area offers breathtaking views. the hotel also provides a houseboat experience.
The distance from the town can be inconvenient for some guests.

Spent my Easter vacation at a hotel in beautiful Chinnakanal and I must say it was an amazing experience. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel had a great location close to top tourist sites and attractions. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious. The hotel had an amazing pool that was well-maintained and very refreshing. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
There were some negative aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. The first was that the bathroom could have been cleaner and better maintained.
